In this Gallery we present specimens from a number of Spanish localities. These include some classic sites as the Almadén district for cinnabar, Zaragoza for its gypsum crystals, La Rioja for pyrite and others in page 1 while page 2 is represented by a group of specimens from the fluorite mines in Asturias as well as others from a number of small localities in Northern and Eastern Spain. |

WSPA-S/N-34 - Torbernite Valdemascaño Mine, Sobradillo, Salamanca Province (Castilla y León, Spain) Quartzite matrix with a scattering of small green crystals of torbenite (probably dehydrated to meta-torbernite) to less than 1 mm. across. WSPA-S/N-10 - Pyrite Ambasaguas, Logroño Province (La Rioja, Spain) Clusters and single crystals of lustrous golden striated cubopyritohedral pyrite to 6 mm. in a matrix of sandstone.
